TERMS OF GOVERNANCE
DEF Holdings Group operates under terms designed to protect the integrity of every engagement. All work product, frameworks, and strategic instruments produced by this firm remain proprietary until formal written assignment is executed. Upon assignment, full ownership transfers to the designated principal with no residual claim retained.
Client asset information, portfolio composition, and operational strategy are never disclosed to third parties without explicit written authorization. This obligation does not expire at the conclusion of an engagement.
Engagements are entered at the sole discretion of DEF Holdings Group. The firm reserves the right to decline or conclude any engagement that conflicts with its governance mandate.
PRIVACY & DATA INSULATION
Information submitted to DEF Holdings Group is treated as a protected asset from the moment it is received. We collect only what is operationally necessary. We retain nothing beyond the scope of the engagement for which it was provided. Access is limited to authorized DEF Holdings principals. No third-party platform, affiliate, or contractor is granted access to client materials without explicit written consent. Data is never sold, traded, or leveraged for any purpose outside its intended use.
Principals may request the return or deletion of submitted materials at any point prior to formal engagement execution.
IP DISCLOSURE POLICY
Engagement with DEF Holdings Group may require review of proprietary intellectual property.
Our non-disclosure standard is not a negotiated add-on — it is the default posture of this firm from first contact. IP shared for evaluation or engagement purposes is reviewed solely for the purpose submitted, never reproduced or distributed outside the firm, and never used to inform work for conflicting principals.
DEF Holdings claims no ownership over any intellectual property shared in the course of an engagement unless explicitly negotiated and executed in writing by both parties. If the nature of your portfolio warrants additional agreement before materials are exchanged, initiate a secure inquiry first.
